As a user of our website, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not reproduce, distribute, or share digital designs purchased from our shop without authorization
• Not use our website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Embroidery Designs Shop specializes in digital embroidery designs and related products, including:

• Digital embroidery designs in various sizes (1.25 Inch, 4×4, 5×7, 6×10, 8×8)
• Alphabet and specialty fonts (Embroidery Fonts, Applique Fonts, Fonts by Size)
• Themed designs (Animals & Critters, Bears, Birds & Owls, Christmas, Family, Fantasy & Fairytales, Farm)
• Applique designs and numbers
• Occasional physical products (promotional USB drives or kits)

All digital designs are provided in common machine embroidery formats. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your embroidery equipment.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed through secure encrypted systems.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Delivery Areas: We ship globally but cannot currently deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to orders as required by law.

Digital Products: Due to their nature, all digital embroidery design files are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once downloaded. This includes designs from all categories listed on our website.

Physical Products: We accept returns and exchanges for physical items only under these conditions:

• The item arrived defective or damaged
• You received the wrong physical item

Return Process: To return an eligible physical item:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your item at [email protected]
2. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”
3. Include your full name, order number, reason for return, and photos of the item
4. Wait for our instructions before shipping the item back to us

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process approved refunds within 5 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we made an error.

All designs, graphics, text, and other content on our website are the intellectual property of Embroidery Designs Shop or our designers and are protected by copyright laws.

License: When you purchase a digital design from us, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the design for personal use. You may:

• Use the designs for personal embroidery projects
• Create items for personal use or as gifts
• Create items for sale in limited quantities (up to 500 units per design)

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell the digital files themselves
• Claim the designs as your own creation
• Use the designs for mass production (over 500 units) without obtaining a commercial license
• Create digital derivatives for resale or distribution

Embroidery Designs Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website or products
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our website
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through our website
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss incurred as a result of using any content

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
