Shipping Information
Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship globally, but currently cannot deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, due to the digital nature of most of our products, please note the following:
Non-Returnable Items:
- All digital embroidery design files (including designs from categories such as 1.25 Inch, 4×4, 5×7, 6×10, 8×8, Alphabets Fonts, Animals & Critters, Applique Fonts, Applique Numbers, Bears, Birds & Owls, Christmas, Embroidery Designs, Embroidery Fonts, Family, Fantasy & Fairytales, Farm, Farm Fresh, Fonts, Fonts by Size) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged once they have been downloaded. This is because they are digital goods that cannot be physically returned.
What Can Be Returned?
We only accept returns and exchanges for physical items (e.g., promotional USB drives or kits we might occasionally ship) under these conditions:
- The item arrived defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong physical item.
How to Return an Eligible Physical Item
To request a return or exchange for an eligible physical product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your item, email our support team at [email protected]. Use the subject line: “Return Request: [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: In your email, include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item (this helps us process your request quickly!)
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will review your request and email you within 2 business days with return shipping instructions and an address.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the unused item and mail it back to us. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong item).

Refunds: Timelines & Methods
Once we receive and inspect the returned physical item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. The funds will be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the correct item as soon as we process your returned item.
A Quick & Helpful Note! While we can’t refund digital designs, if you’re having technical issues with a file (like our whimsical Christmas collections or elegant Alphabets Fonts), please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to help troubleshoot or provide a replacement file!
